Silent House is a film thriller directed by Ben Falcone and written by Josh Stolberg and Pete Goldfinger. It stars Elizabeth Olsen, Adrien Brody and Eric Sheffer, and is produced by Michael Costigan. The film follows the friends who have decided to rent a summerhouse together and fix it up before the arrival of their parents. While the friends are renovating the home, an unexplained entity begins to appear in their rooms and violently interrupts their life and they must make a decision on what is real and what is not. Silent House, first released on September 21, 2011, was released by Anchor Bay Entertainment in the United States and M.G. Entertainment in the United Kingdom.
